Family Therapy

Family therapy can be an additional treatment component for people receiving individual counseling or can be a standalone treatment choice. The goal is to identify and address problems in the family. The issues could be emotional, psychological, or behavioral. 

Your family often has a significant impact on who you are and how you feel, so bringing them into the therapy process can sometimes be a key to your healing. Together, your family members can work through emotional challenges, learn to communicate more effectively, and gain insight into the complexity of your family dynamics in a safe and supportive environment.
